Cloudy emulsions help to distribute uniformly flavor and color in beverages
Most cloudy emulsions are based on oil phase (D-limonene, vegetable oils), weighting agents (SAIB, resin gums, ester gums), emulsifiers (gum Arabic) and additives (colorants, antioxidants).
