by starting with large batches of Kombucha tea brewed under strict
sanitary and quality control. Using a proprietary technique,
the concentration of the Kombucha mushrooms nutrients are further
increased. This nectar is then carefully concentrated so that

result is a smooth, sweet and delicious jam suitable for adding
